An increasingly hate-driven same-sex marriage movement reached a new low when powerful politician Barney Frank casually insulted and name-called distinguished Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia:

"I do think this argument that it is unconstitutional for the federal government to pick and choose as to which marriages it will accept is a good one. At some point that's going to have to go to the United State Supreme Court. I wouldn't want it to go to the United States Supreme Court now because that homophobe Antonin Scalia's got too many votes on this current Court."
