The New York Daily News is reporting that Republican Majority Leader Dean Skelos in New York is supporting Governor Cuomo's plan to propose a constitutional amendment that would expand casino gambling in New York.

And just a few short months ago, the Republican leadership claimed there wasn't time to give the people the right to vote with a constitutional amendment on marriage!
