November 4, 1:30am -- With 87% of precincts reporting, the Yes on 1 / Stand for Marriage Maine campaign is winning 53% to 47%. Campaign manager Frank Schubert claimed victory a short while ago. The No on 1 campaign has not yet conceded. Read the AP story here.
