Governor Schwarzenegger and Attorney General Jerry Brown have betrayed the trust of California voters, and are refusing to live up to their constitutional obligation to protect and defend the California Constitution. They think they can simply turn their back on the people of California, refusing to defend the California Constitution and the votes of 7 million Californians. Tell them the People of California deserve better. Urge them to file an appeal in the Prop 8 case today!

Rep. Lamar Smith (R-TX) has introduced a resolution denouncing Judge Walker's ruling striking down Proposition 8 in Hollingsworth v. Perry. Urge your congressman to join Rep.
